How to size pods for an office
Count how often calls and small meetings happen, not just how many people sit on the floor. A common starting point is one single-person booth for every 8 to 12 open-plan desks, plus a meeting pod for each team that regularly meets in groups of three to six. Adjust after a few weeks of use.
Leave clear space in front of the door to open it fully, and place pods where the office air-conditioning reaches them. Each pod needs a standard power socket nearby.
