Fermann M questions
How many people fit in the Fermann M?
The Fermann M is a work pod for 1–2 people. It is designed for focused solo work, 1:1 conversations and interviews.
How quiet is the Fermann M?
Fermann pods are rated Class B (25–30 dB speech level reduction) under ISO 23351-1, tested by TÜV SÜD, with an interior reverberation time of about 0.25 seconds. Normal speech inside is heard outside at roughly the level of a quiet library.
Does the Fermann M need air conditioning?
No separate unit is needed. Two silenced fans replace the air about every 2 minutes by drawing cool air from the office, so place the pod where the office AC reaches it.
How long does the Fermann M take to install?
A two-person team assembles it in about 2 hours from top, bottom, wall and door modules. It needs a clear route for the panels and a standard power socket nearby.
