What drives the price

• Size. Larger pods use more panels, glass and fans. Moving from a phone booth to a four-person meeting pod is the biggest single price step.
• Glass and finish. More glass, smart (switchable) glass and custom colours or fabrics add cost.
• Options. Motion sensors, wheels, card access and biometric access are priced per pod.
• Site access. Lift size, loading bay restrictions and out-of-hours installation in towers such as JLT, DIFC or Business Bay affect installation time.
• Quantity. Several pods installed in one visit cost less per pod to deliver and install.

How to compare quotes

Check that each quote states the same things: model and capacity, external dimensions, the sound insulation figure and how it was measured, ventilation rate, what is included in delivery and installation, warranty length, and lead time to the UAE. A lower price often means a thinner panel, a single fan or a smaller interior.

Pods versus building a room
